"One thing I really like about…"
One thing I really like about Lizard Thicket is that they seem to bring items back in stock quickly. I’ve missed out on a few tops because they sold out so fast, but then I checked back later and, sure enough, they were available again in my size. It doesn’t happen perfectly every single time, but it’s still way better than a lot of other boutiques I shop from. That’s pretty much why I keep checking their site.

"I’ve bought a couple of tops…"
I’ve bought a couple of tops and a dress from Lizard Thicket, and I wasn’t totally sure how the quality would be at first. Cute boutique clothes can be hit or miss sometimes. But I’ve washed them several times now and they haven’t shrunk weirdly or had seams start coming apart. The fabric still feels nice too, so they’ve actually held up better than I expected.

"Color was exactly right"
Got the dress and honestly... I was relieved. You know how sometimes the color in the photos looks totally different in real life? Not this time. It matched the pictures really well, no weird surprise when I opened the package. Happy with that.

"I feel like this place used to…"
I feel like this place used to be better. The boutique look is still cute at first, with nice clothes and displays, but the space felt really cramped this time. I didn’t get that relaxed, fun shopping vibe I was expecting. It felt more like I had to move quickly and be careful not to touch too much, which made the whole experience kind of awkward. Maybe that setup works for some people, but for me it just didn’t feel very welcoming anymore...

"Pickup was fine, just a little frustrating"
I ordered online for store pickup and figured it would be a quick in-and-out thing, but when I got there my bag wasn’t ready yet. The staff was nice about it, so that helped, but I still ended up standing around for a bit, kind of wondering why I’d bothered ordering ahead. It wasn’t a huge deal or anything, just one of those little annoyances that throws off your errand run.

"Got fixed, just slower than I expected"
They did end up fixing the issue, so I’ll give them credit for that. But it took way longer than I thought it should have. Maybe I’m being a little impatient, but I feel like most people would’ve expected it to be handled sooner too.

Checking out on shoplizardthicket.com was super easy. The pages loaded without any problems, my cart didn’t disappear, and the payment went through right away. I got the order confirmation email pretty much immediately too. So yeah, whoever runs this clearly has the checkout process working right, because I didn’t run into any weird errors or annoying delays

"Cute dress, but shipping was way too slow!!!"
I ordered a dress and the shipping estimate said 4-6 days, but it didn’t show up until almost two weeks later!!! I also didn’t really get clear updates along the way, which was frustrating!!! The dress is cute and I like the style, but they definitely need to make delivery more reliable!!!

My order definitely didn’t ship out the same day — I think it took around 3 days just to process, which gave me plenty of quality time refreshing the tracking page like it owed me money. Not the end of the world, though. Once it actually shipped, everything moved quickly and arrived in good shape. I’d order again, just probably not when I need something in a hurry

The fabric is really soft and feels nice against the skin. Even the little details, like how smooth it feels when you run your hand over it, make it feel comfortable and well-made.

"Had a good feeling about it and it worked out"
I ordered from shoplizardthicket.com and just had a good feeling while browsing. The site was super easy to use, and my order showed up exactly how I expected. Everything fit well, looked cute, and felt like it was a solid choice as soon as I tried it on. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Nice clothes, but the rewards program is kind of meh"
I’ve liked a few of the clothes I’ve bought, so no complaints there, but the loyalty rewards haven’t really impressed me. The points feel like they take forever to build up, and by the time you can use them, the discount doesn’t seem all that worth it. I also had to keep checking my account because the points didn’t look right, and support basically told me something like, “It can take a little while for rewards to show up,” which is fine, but still a bit annoying. It’s not a terrible program, just not something I’d go out of my way to use.

"Cute stuff, but not as unique as I hoped"
I ordered from Lizard Thicket because I was hoping to find some pieces that felt a little different from the usual boutique stuff. A few things were cute, and the quality wasn’t bad at all, but at the same time most of it felt similar to things I’ve seen on a bunch of other sites. So I liked what I got, but I also didn’t feel super excited about it, if that makes sense. For the price, I was expecting the styles to feel a bit more unique. I might shop there again if something really catches my eye, but it probably won’t be my first place to check next time.

"Shipping was crazy fast"
I ordered a couple things and thought I’d be waiting a while, but the package showed up in just a few days. It felt almost too fast, like they packed it the second I hit order. Everything arrived in good shape and was packed just fine. Really happy with how quick the whole thing was.

"I was disappointed when this dress showed…"
I was disappointed when this dress showed up. It looked much prettier in the pictures, but in person the color was definitely off and the fabric had a cheaper look to it than I expected. It’s not totally unwearable, so I’ll probably still use it for something casual, but it really doesn’t feel like what I thought I was ordering...
